SCHEDULE & PRICES

One-at-a-Time Sessions for Non-Members:
All Sessions are 15 minutes each.
- $50 per session for complete program including Elliptical Trainer, Treadmill, Power Plate and Sauna.
- $20 per session for Sauna
- $20 per session for Power Plate
- $5 per session for the Elliptical Trainer
- $5 per session for the Treadmill

Policies

Enrollment fee is non-refundable.

All workout sessions are by appointment only and must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments not canceled in advance will be assessed a $10 cancellation fee...firm.

When booking your appointment, please indicate the equipment you would like to use on that session, as we reserve it for you.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Appointments must start on time as other clients are scheduled after you.

Membership entitles you to use any piece of equipment for 15 minute segments. If you wish to use one machine for 30 minutes, please indicate that when scheduling your appointment.

What to Wear or Bring with You:
Athletic shoes must be worn on the Elliptical Trainer and Treadmill. Socks or shoes must be worn on the Power Plate and in the Sauna. Loose, comfortable clothing is appropriate for most sessions. Please bring your own towel to use while working out and one for use in the sauna. We will provide hot, damp towels, if needed, for freshening after your workout.
