CAUTIONS & PRECAUTIONS
Before beginning any exercise program, please consult your
physician for a complete physical examination. If any discomfort
should arise from your use of the Power-Plate®, stop exercising
and consult your physician. When in doubt, always consult your
physician before using the Power- Plate.
Possible contra-indications include, in some instances:
· Pregnancy
· Acute thrombosis conditions
· Cardio- vascular disease
· Fresh wounds
resulting from an operation or surgical intervention
· Hip and knee replacements
· Acute hernia,
discopathy, spondylolysis
· Diabetes
· Epilepsy
· Heavy migraine
· Wearing a pacemaker
· Wearing recently
fitted i.u. coils, metal pins, bolts or plates
· Tumors
To start our health program, you must make sure that all internal conditions are favorable. Internal conditions include health problems, cardiovascular problems, respiratory system problems or other situations where your body could have direct problems if you make too much effort walking. While executing your program with us, make sure you are not too tired and you have a bottle of water near you, so you can drink in case you get thirsty without having to interrupt the program.
It is always best to start off slow, to avoid injury and enjoy your exercise program more.

Soon, you will notice a solid improvement in the strength and endurance of your legs, your respiratory system, fat burning and overall physical condition.
