Our program consist of four pieces of
equipment and you’ll basically spend 15 minutes on each. For
example: You may choose from our Methode Program for a 45 minute
workout which is equivalent to an hour and one-half workout. If
you choose our Fitness Program, with the added benefit of deep
heat detoxification and increased metabolism, it will be the
equivalent of a two hour workout in just one hour!
“How do we do that” You ask? We have some
very unique health and fitness equipment based on advanced
vibration technology and invisible light waves as well as the
finest cardio equipment.
To separate Methode: Fitness further from
the crowded gyms and fitness centers, we are offering our
services in an extremely pleasant environment unlike any other
and….the best news is, our crowd is only three to four people at
a time. Methode: Fitness is a very personal and semi-private
fitness studio for our discriminating clients. Our unique and
