Cardio plus strength training is our method. Nothing new you say? It is a very different workout and here is why: Our program consist of several pieces of equipment and you’ll basically spend 15 minutes on each, ending your workout session in the infrared sauna which gives deep heat detoxification and increased metabolism. You can work out in less time and get the benefits of a much longer workout. For example: 15 minutes on the Power Plate is equivalent to a one hour workout in the traditional way. Even during your infrared sauna, your body is working out.
“How do we do that” You ask? We have some very unique health and fitness equipment based on advanced whole body vibration technology and invisible light waves as well as the finest cardio equipment.

Class work will be an additional monthly fee for members at a reduced rate and a per class fee or monthly fee for non-members. |
